As a professional triathlete as well as a physical therapist with a passion for nutrition, I can tailor your training holistically around your all your fitness needs.

I offer many different training options which include:

--RETURN TO SPORT--
Utilizing the most current evidence-based research for rehabilitation, this program is designed for injured athletes trying to return to their sport. Packages include individualized programs, functional movement screenings, and predictive testing. 

--TRY FOR A TRI--
This program is designed for first-time triathletes looking get to the finish line injury free with smiles on their faces. Options include: online programs (personalized coaching utilizing the training peaks platform), in-person training, or hybrid options.

--PLANS to PR--
Stuck in a rut? Have your results stagnated? Trying to qualify for Boston Marathon or Kona? Maybe it's time to revamp your program, modify your swim stroke or introduce some Tabata drills into your routine:) The most comprehensive of my training programs with a required minimum four month commitment, we can get your PRing again!
